You will need:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 and 1/2 cups shortening
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
12 ounces of chocolate chips
Perfect Brownie Pan or Baker's Edge Brownie Pan
Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips. Add chocolate chips after mixing all other ingredients. Do not over mix.
Fill greased Perfect Brownie Pan or Baker's Edge Brownie Pan with mix.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350F.
